2. Information the MedaLink VPN App collects
The App is used by authorized end users of our customers to securely access internal business systems. It may process:
- Device identifiers — a device ID and public key used to enroll and authenticate your device on the VPN.
- Network information — your IP address and connection state, used to establish and maintain the secure tunnel.
- Activation data — the activation serial you enter to authorize the App for your organization.
- Security signals — device integrity checks (such as root, emulator, hooking, and tamper detection) used to protect your organization's network.
- Diagnostic data — basic app and connection logs used to operate and troubleshoot the service.
The App does not inspect, sell, or share the contents of your network traffic. The VPN tunnel routes traffic only to your organization's designated internal systems.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the VPN service and our IT services.
- To authenticate devices and prevent unauthorized access.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and fraud.
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
4. Sharing of information

Data is encrypted in transit. We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@medasys.tech. Because your use of the App is authorized by your organization, some requests may be directed to them.
